Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales teams Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and identifying new business opportunities Sales data analysis, market research, and report preparation abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
