Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operating and Monitoring Equipment: Plant operators are responsible for operating and monitoring various machinery and equipment, including process control equipment, valving, and packaging machinery. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: They troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, and ensure equipment is operating correctly. Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Plant operators are responsible for adhering to safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment. Process Control: They monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal performance and quality. Documentation and Record Keeping: They maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and any issues that arise. Material Handling: They may be involved in loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the plant.
