We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team as an Associate in Assurance - Staff - AMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Management and excellent communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist engagement teams with various processes, including multi-location coordination, engagement economics, confirmations, project and database management. Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists. Collate relevant client information from publicly available databases and communicate it to the team via firm publications and databases. Ensure thorough review of work before sending it out according to deadlines. Accurately identify problems and exceptions, informing the regional engagement team promptly. Proactively reach out to teams to solicit feedback on work and take appropriate action. ### Job Requirements Graduate with 0-3 years of general business experience. Confident and outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure high-quality work. Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, prioritize projects, and follow up on routine tasks diligently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in business and commerciality is desirable. Commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm to learn new things in a fast-paced environment.
