You are being sought after for the position of Snowflake Analytics Support Engineer (AnzoGraph, Matillion) with our esteemed client in Noida. This is a full-time role requiring 8 to 12 years of experience. As a Data & Analytics Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing data pipelines, graph analytics, and cloud-based data platforms. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for AnzoGraph-based solutions, collaborating with data engineering teams on designing and troubleshooting data pipelines, monitoring and optimizing performance of graph queries, ensuring seamless integration of data platforms, and supporting data workflows across AWS services. Additionally, you will be involved in incident management, documentation, and knowledge sharing. To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience with AnzoGraph DB or similar graph database technologies, proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing and Matillion ETL, hands-on experience with AWS services, and proficiency in SQL, SPARQL, and graph query languages. Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in data support roles within enterprise-scale environments and certifications in AWS, Snowflake, or related technologies.
