Job Title: HR Manager Company Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing / Export Annual CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹3.60 LPA Company Overview: Anvi Exim – Little India Factory is a BRCGS-certified facility specializing in the milling and export of premium Indian Basmati rice. With 23+ years of industry leadership, we serve 380+ clients across 65+ countries, combining tradition with modern management practices. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position requires someone who is soft-spoken yet assertive, capable of managing unskilled labor with patience and empathy while acting as a vital link between employees and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Handle labor and staff grievances professionally and maintain a positive workplace culture. Payroll Management: Coordinate timely salary processing, disbursement, and basic HR accounting. Travel Coordination: Manage domestic travel bookings and arrangements for employees and management. Performance Monitoring: Track employee performance metrics and generate monthly/quarterly HR reports. Policy & Compliance: Draft, implement, and update HR policies, including onboarding and exit procedures. Leave & Attendance: Maintain leave records, update calendars, and manage holiday schedules. Documentation: Manage signing of employee bonds, NDAs, and maintain compliance files. Talent Acquisition: Conduct recruitment drives and manage hiring from shortlisting to onboarding. Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate with a team of ~50 uneducated/skilled workers while maintaining discipline and motivation. Organizational Development: Contribute to building and improving organizational structure and HR SOPs.
