Company Description Anva Consultants, based in Mumbai, is a business management consulting firm specializing in financial due diligence, Financial Modeling, and FP&A. Role Description Support Financial Due Diligence engagements by regularly updating and analyzing target company financials and applying due diligence adjustments for multiple transactions. Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets in Excel, including General Ledger, Payroll, Inventory, Job Cost data, etc. Identify inconsistencies in the target's accounting records. Conduct thorough quality reviews of financial due diligence models using sound professional judgment. Qualifications Inter-CA / CFA Level 1 / Other equivalent. Strong proficiency in Excel is ESSENTIAL; an Excel test will be part of the interview process. Familiarity with PowerPoint is a plus. 1–2 years of relevant experience. Understanding of M&A and transaction advisory services is an advantage.
