The role involves sourcing new business opportunities, handling tenders, coordinating meetings, and maintaining effective communication with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Sourcing & Management Identify and source accurate contact details of target decision-makers through LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms. Maintain and update prospect databases for outreach. 2. Tender Search & Application Identify relevant tenders across government and private portals. Review eligibility, compile documents, and manage the tender submission process. 3. Prospect Outreach Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce Anuprayaas and schedule meetings. Draft professional emails and proposals to share company profiles and respond to queries. 4. Client & Meeting Coordination Act as the liaison between prospective clients and internal teams. Coordinate and conduct telephonic, virtual, or in-person meetings. Present project proposals and align on client expectations. 5. Project Reporting & Communication Prepare and share project progress reports with clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with the Operations team to collect data for reporting. Work with the Marketing team to design and finalize collaterals for client presentations. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive who will manage the full employee lifecycle, foster team engagement, and support administrative tasks such as payroll and accounts. The role requires a blend of HR management and basic operations handling. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management. Manage the end-to-end hiring process: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain employee attendance records and ensure timely updates. Manage leave applications and maintain accurate leave records. Process monthly payroll in coordination with accounts. Draft and maintain HR policies, employee files, and compliance records.
