Key Responsibilities Product Consultation: Work closely with R&D and product teams on formulation strategies, ingredient selection, and usage guidelines. Customer Support: Handle customer queries regarding nutraceutical products, dietary supplements, and general nutrition via email, chat, or social media. Event Participation: Represent Anugraha at industry events, wellness fairs, and product launches, offering expert insights and building trust with customers. Content Collaboration: Contribute to educational and engaging content, including FAQs, product guides, awareness videos, and blog posts. Research & Development: Stay up to date with the latest scientific advancements in nutrition and nutraceuticals to support informed decision-making and communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical or product-based nutrition, OR a fresher with strong foundational knowledge and passion for the field. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Interest in nutraceuticals and evidence-based wellness. Willingness to travel locally for health events and campaigns, when required.
