Skills: Salesforce, Sales Pipeline Management, B2B Sales, Negotiation Skills, Microsoft Excel, Account Management, Dental Implants, Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Dental Implants Company: Pivot Implants Location: Multiple locations (based on requirement) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 35 years in dental Implants Qualification: Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred) Key Responsibilities Drive sales of dental implants, prosthetics, and surgical kits in the assigned region.Develop and maintain strong relationships with implantologists, dental surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Identify new clients, onboard them, and ensure ongoing engagement.Conduct regular product demos, training sessions, and chairside assistance where required.Execute marketing activities, CMEs, and implant workshops in collaboration with the marketing team.Track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular performance reports. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience in dental implants or pharma sales (dental division preferred).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
