Job Title: Software Engineer Applied AI Location: Banjarahills, Hyderabad (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time We are building a Medical AI Agent that interfaces with real-world systems including appointments, labs, pharmacies, and more. Be among the first engineers shaping our core architecture, connecting large language models to real-world actions through secure and scalable systems. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for individuals passionate about infrastructure, AI, and delivering practical impact in healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain backend systems enabling AI agents to interface with real-world services. Design and implement tools for calling pipelines, orchestrators, and external integrations. Collaborate with clinical and product teams to define new agent capabilities. Contribute across APIs, infrastructure, LLM workflows, and internal tools. Help define engineering standards, observability metrics, and ensure system safety and scalability. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with LLM tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs. Exposure to event-driven or distributed systems. Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure or data security. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably from a Tier 1 institute). Experience: 05 years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade software. Languages: Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java). Strong understanding of databases, APIs, version control, and deployment practices. Experience in applied AI and real-world problem-solving. Comfort with ambiguity and bias towards action.
