About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Corporate Client Acquisition & Sales - Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients to book sessions and subscribe to tailored knowledge exchange packages. 2. Strategic Partnerships with Institutes - Collaborate with academic and professional institutes to organize workshops, speaker sessions, and branded learning events. 3. Session Booking Growth - Drive consistent growth in session bookings by promoting relevant topics, upselling multi-session packages, and leveraging platform insights. 4. Solution-Oriented Selling - Understand client needs and propose customized solutions using the platform's session offerings, expert network, and workshop formats. 5. Relationship Management - Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in corporations and institutes to build long-term partnerships. 6. Lead Generation & Outreach - Research potential clients, generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and events, and execute effective cold outreach strategies. 7. Collaboration Across Teams - Work closely with internal teams (content, expert relations, operations) to co-create impactful sessions and ensure a smooth delivery experience. 8. Proposal & Contract Negotiation - Draft tailored proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals in alignment with business goals and revenue targets. 9. Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement - Collect post-session feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and provide suggestions to enhance future sessions and offerings. 10.
