We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. As a pivotal member of our technology team, you will play a crucial role in harmonizing Salesforce architecture with business goals, enforcing top-notch practices in system design, and guiding development teams. Your primary focus will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, product managers, and fellow architects to establish a robust Salesforce ecosystem that aligns with enterprise-grade standards. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 9 years of total and relevant experience, with a strong expertise in coding and a current designation as an Architect. In addition, the candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in developing within the Salesforce.com environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience in solutioning and designing Salesforce Applications is a must. Key skills required for this role include: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in SFDC Development utilizing Visualforce, Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Apex Design patterns, among others. - Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration and Administration, including User, Role, Profile, Permission Set, Page Layout, and related aspects. - Substantial programming experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, with at least 4 years of hands-on practice. - In-depth knowledge and at least 4 years of experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Implementation, with a solid grasp of Salesforce.com products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud, Health Cloud, and Force.com offerings. - Familiarity with OO languages like Java, C#, with a minimum of 2 years of programming experience. - Applied understanding and experience in Lightning Web Component (LWC) or Lightning Aura Component. - Proficiency in Web Services Integration (SOAP and REST), API, SSO, unit testing frameworks, Salesforce.com's SOQL and SOSL, Web Services, security model, database concepts, and data modeling. - Quick learning ability in a dynamic setting, adept at taking ownership of projects and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Solid Java is advantageous. - Knowledge of Selenium, JUnit, or any other testing automation framework is a plus, along with a solid understanding of deployment processes, Jenkins, Ant deploys, SFDX. This is a Full-time role, with Contractual/Temporary or Freelance options available for a contract length of 12 months.
