Associate Technical Leader /Sr Project Engineer - CAE (FEA - Ansys WB skills with core engine experience) Perform linear & non-linear stress analysis, Modal & Modal scaling, fatigue analysis, Bolted joint analysis, Sealing analysis, Nonlinear contact analysis, Topology Optimization, Cylinder Head fatigue analysis to evaluate HCF/LCF/S3T margins to handle critical FIRG issue. Test Plan Creation and to support new product development, current analysis and failure analysis. Thermo-Mechanical Fatigue Analysis of Cylinder Head | Bore Deformation Analysis Thermo-Mechanical Fatigue Analysis of Exhaust Manifold. Engine Block Fatigue Analysis. Topology Optimization (Ansys Optimization / OptiStruct) Must have experience in above any one of the domain. Sound experience in various types of FEA: Linear, Non-linear, Dynamic (Modal / Harmonic / PSD), Thermal (Steady state / Transient) Good skillsets in FEA tools (ANSYS and ANSYS-Workbench preferred, Exposure to Optistruct will be advantage). Strong understanding of FE theory. Skills : - FEA, Ansys Workbench, Engine, Gasket, Cylinder head/ block, piston, Camshaft, Crankshaft, Rocker, Static , Dynamic , Fatigue, Modal, durability, vibration analysis.
