Key Requirements: Minimum 16 years of total experience , with at least 8 years in the design and development of ductile iron valves . Experience in steel valve design will also be considered, but ductile iron valve exposure is mandatory. Sound knowledge of valve standards, materials, flow dynamics, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS or equivalent FEA tools). Hands-on experience in handling NPD projects from concept to launch. Strong understanding of foundry, machining, and valve assembly processes is a plus.
