The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermal simulation tools, and will play a key role in ensuring thermal performance and reliability across our products and systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead thermal design and analysis for products and systems, ensuring optimal heat dissipation and thermal efficiency. Develop and validate thermal models using tools such as ANSYS Icepak, FloTHERM, COMSOL, or CFD software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, systems) to integrate thermal solutions into product designs. Conduct thermal testing and validation, including data acquisition and analysis. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on thermal best practices. Evaluate and select thermal interface materials, heat sinks, fans, and other cooling components. Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of thermal issues in prototypes and fielded products. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in thermal management. Preferred Qualifications DME / Diploma in R&AC / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in thermal design and analysis. Proficiency in thermal simulation tools (e.g., CFD analysis, STAR-CCM+). Strong understanding of heat transfer principles (conduction, convection, radiation) and fluid dynamics. Experience with thermal testing equipment and instrumentation (e.g., thermocouples, IR cameras). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in OEMs like STULZ / Scheider / Climavenita and worked in Electronics cooling, or data center thermal management. Familiarity with regulatory standards and thermal compliance requirements.
