Ansible Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for an Ansible Consultant to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As an Ansible Consultant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Ansible Automation Tool. Your role will involve performing rule request intake and approval processes, ensuring that business requirements align with technical expectations, and following documented guidelines strictly. You will work on creating new security policies, reviewing and enabling scanning via Ansible on Hadoop Application & Services. Effective communication with the business regarding any variances from technical specifications or clarification on rule requirements will be essential. Additionally, you will analyze production violations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that Ansible reports are generated on time within defined SLAs. As an Ansible Consultant, you will be involved in configuration baseline rule creation via Ansible, setting up rules to run periodically, and generating reports and metrics for management. Your role will also include event analysis for short-term responses and long-term trending, as well as implementing and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT Security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and interpret numeric data. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. You should also have a good understanding of different layers of security, DevOps tooling knowledge, and familiarity with Hadoop components like Knox, Ranger, and KMS.
