POSITION : Placement( Different Levels) Job LOCATION : Punjab. Assam, Odisha EXPERIENCE : 2 to 6 yrs Ø Taking care of full placement cycle. Ø Preparing of all resumes and conduct mock interviews with all students and make them aware of all tricks and techniques to crack an interview. Ø Training of students for Interview skills / Group discussions, Personality Development and Attitude Building in addition to refreshing their technical skills. Ø Handling career guidance programs to help the students to identify their career path. Ø Handling of liaising with different companies and building healthy relationship with them for placement of students. Ø Building a strong network to tie-up with top brands of the country and worldwide and convincing them for campus placement. Ø Responsible for arranging guest lectures from corporate houses / professionals in campus. Ø Responsible for arranging industry visits for the students. Ø Responsible for arrangement of internship of the students. Ø To organize the corporate / entrepreneurship / industrial workshops in campus Ø To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement Ø Preparation of daily and monthly reports Ø Preparing and updating of various trackers and CRM/ERP.
