Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Trader to manage and grow our petrochemical and solvent business. The role involves handling products such as Methanol, Toluene, Acetone, Acetic Acid, Xylenes, and other key petrochemical products. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, map, and develop relationships with end customers across industries such as paints, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, chemicals, construction materials, and more. Market Analysis & Trading: Monitor domestic and international price trends, analyze market movements, and take informed buy/sell positions to maximize profitability. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and sustainable relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Credit Assessment: Evaluate customer creditworthiness, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely collections. Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products. Target Achievement: Drive sales volumes and margins as per company objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemical Engineering, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). 3–8 years of experience in petrochemical/solvent trading or B2B chemical sales. Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing trends, and risk management. Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
