Anodizing Production Incharge

Job Description:

• To manage daily plant operations
• To ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in aluminum finishing by supervising teams, maintaining equipment, controlling costs (consumables/waste),
• To Developing Operational SOPs
• To troubleshoot processes (like Type II/III anodizing)
• To manage chemical levels, and ensure compliance with ETP/safety rules
• To coordinate with planning for timely orders and drive continuous improvement
• To arrange manpower (if required) for smooth operations.
• If needed person may need to work flexible hours.

**Pls note it is a position for Production purpose so only persons with anodizing quality and no production knowledge need not apply.

***Persons from Anodizing Industry/ good Knowledge need only apply.

Qualification:

Degree / Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineers need only apply.

Experience:

Minimum 10 Years and above in Anodizing Industry.

Accommodation:

Urgent joiners/ notice period negotiators would be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
