About the Role We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) from the Instrumentation & Controls Engineering stream to join our dynamic engineering team. As a GET, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior engineer. You will gain hands-on exposure to PLC programming, SCADA systems, instrumentation, panel design, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across water and wastewater treatment projects. Key Responsibilities: Training & Learning · Participate in structured technical training programs on PLC, HMI/SCADA systems, and field instrumentation. · Understand project workflows, documentation standards, and control philosophies. · Support in preparation of engineering documents, such as I/O lists, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts. Project Support · Assist senior engineers in developing PLC logic and HMI screens. · Involve in testing and validation of control panels and instrumentation setup. · Learn to read and interpret P&IDs , data sheets , and electrical schematics . Instrumentation & Controls · Observe and assist in the selection and calibration of instruments like flow, pressure, level, and pH sensors. · Support troubleshooting and issue resolution related to instrumentation and control panels. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have · Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering (2024/2025 or recent pass-out). · Basic knowledge of PLC/HMI/SCADA systems and instrumentation fundamentals . · Familiarity with Sensors , and Control system architecture. · Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. · Strong communication skills. · Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to take initiative.
