The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily powder coating and anodizing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards in our Kota facility. Responsibilities: Supervise powder coating and anodizing activities on the shop floor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Monitor surface preparation, powder application, curing, and anodizing processes to maintain consistent quality. Assist in process optimization and recommend improvements for coating quality and operational efficiency. Conduct regular quality inspections to identify defects like uneven coating, peeling, or discoloration and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of powders, chemicals, and consumables. Maintain equipment such as spray booths, curing ovens, and anodizing tanks; report maintenance needs promptly. Enforce safety rules and environmental regulations, ensuring team members use PPE and follow best practices. Guide and support coating operators and technicians, ensuring proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures. Keep accurate records of production batches, quality checks, and daily activities. Coordinate with production planning and maintenance teams to meet production targets and minimize downtime. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions. Desired profile: Diploma / ITI / Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical / Chemical / Surface Coating or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in powder coating and anodizing processes. Basic understanding of powder coating techniques, anodizing procedures, and surface preparation. Knowledge of coating defects, troubleshooting, and quality control methods. Ability to supervise a small team and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Awareness of safety and environmental compliance in surface treatment operations. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficient in basic MS Office (for reporting purposes). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with powder coating equipment and anodizing tanks. Exposure to color matching and thickness measurement tools. Ability to assist with process documentation and training. Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the powder coating and anodizing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Develop, implement, and optimize powder coating and anodizing processes to improve coating quality, durability, and productivity. Monitor and maintain equipment such as spray booths, curing ovens, anodizing tanks, and related machinery.
