Proactively identify and mitigate risks or blockers affecting project scope, quality, or timelines. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Proven experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or insurance/financial services domain is a strong plus. Hands-on experience managing Business Analysts, and coordinating with development and QA teams. Strong proficiency with JIRA , Confluence , and Agile/Scrum practices.
