To be responsible for taking actions on process cost deviations to act to reduce the process cost. To Achieve Target Production with quality as per customer specifications with defined SOPs. To interact with QA & QC for non-conformance in Annealed & Pickled product. To coordinate with PPC and Plant head for new product development and document the production process / guidelines of the same To review with PPC for daily/weekly/monthly Production & Dispatch plan, achive complaince for the same. To be responsible for implementing new standards and practices at the unit level for more effective planning and production. To be responsible for taking actions on EHS related activities and Legal compliances. Process improvement & quality management (TPM, ISO, 5s, Housekeeping) of Ann/Pick. & Dispatch.

Hot Mill Furnace Operator Heat Treatment and Re- Heating Process Knowledge needed

Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in pickling operation or related field (e.g., annealing). Strong understanding of degreasing processes and techniques. Familiarity with coating application methods and washing procedures.

Role & responsibilities Operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces and related equipment to alter the physical and mechanical properties of the metal components in accordance with production requirements and quality standard. Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces, ovens and quenching system, load and unload parts into fixtures and furnaces according process specification. Preferred candidate profile Candidate having 1 to 2 years of experience in handling heat treatment operations. Education No bar.

Conduct metallographic evaluations (optical microscopy, SEM/EDX), perform RCA, monitor quality in rolling & annealing, ensure standards compliance, lead complaint investigations, and support Six Sigma improvements.

Perform emergency repairs and root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence. iii. Ensure quick turnaround of breakdowns to minimize production loss in shifts. 3. Equipment Monitoring & Reliability Monitor the performance of critical equipment. 4. Documentation & Reporting i. Maintain detailed logbooks, maintenance reports, and equipment history. ii. Prepare failure reports and downtime analysis. iii. Handle and maintain records in SAP PM module. 5. Safety Compliance i. Follow and enforce safe work practices, especially substation, power distribution. ii. Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures like LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), permit systems, and PPE usage. 6. Support During Shutdowns & Projects i. Assist in planning and execution of shutdown maintenance and major overhauls. ii.
