Job Title: Business Development Officer Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated Business Development Officer to drive B2B sales of our spices and seasonings to namkeen and snack manufacturers in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa. This role manages the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to customer service. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (namkeen and snack manufacturers) through various channels (online research, industry events, referrals, etc.). Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Cold calling and emailing to introduce our products and services. Sales & Business Development: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Understand client requirements and propose customized spice and seasoning solutions. Negotiate pricing and contracts. Close deals and achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients. Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up on customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the spices and seasonings industry. Provide feedback to the product development team on market demands and client preferences. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
