Intern Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology Location: CDFD Technology Incubator, CDFD, Uppal, Hyderabad, India Duration: 6 months (extendable) Stipend: Competitive | Start Date: Immediate About ANLISA Biotech ANLISA Biotech Pvt Ltd is a Hyderabad-based biotech startup developing ultrasensitive immunoassays for next-generation diagnostics. Our focus is on attomolar-level detection of cytokines and other biomarkers to transform disease monitoring, therapy guidance, and biomedical research. We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Intern with a strong background in protein biochemistry, or biotechnology to join our team and contribute to our cutting-edge immunoassay development efforts. Key Responsibilities Carry out recombinant protein expression in E.coli, followed by purification using affinity chromatography Assist in the development and optimization of immunoassays (experience with ELISA is a plus) Prepare and handle biological samples, buffers, antibodies, and nanoparticles Perform standard molecular biology and protein chemistry techniques (pipetting, dilutions, conjugation, etc.) Maintain lab records and assist in protocol documentation Support R&D experiments and contribute to data analysis Requirements Masters degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology , or related field Strong understanding of antibody-antigen interactions, immunoassay formats, and protein handling Hands-on experience with basic laboratory techniques Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn Prior project or thesis experience in diagnostics, nanotechnology, or protein-based assays is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work on deep-tech, high-impact biotechnology Mentorship and direct involvement in assay development from concept to prototype Exposure to startup culture, translational research, and productization of R&D Certificate of internship and recommendation letter upon completion Possibility of full-time employment based on performance
