We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction chemical products and services to a wide range of customers. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Discover and Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue potential customers to expand our client base. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to boost sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to highlight our products' features and benefits. Technical Support and Guidance: Provide expert technical support and advice to customers regarding product selection and application. Negotiate Pricing and Terms: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to meet sales objectives and accommodate customer requirements. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly. Stay Informed: Keep updated of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Officer, or similar role in the construction chemical industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. Bachelor's degree / diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus. In-depth knowledge of the construction chemical industry is an advantage.
