Job description Job Title: Area Sales Manager (B2B) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Work Mode: Hybrid Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years Salary Range: 2 LPA to 5 LPA Industry: Manufacturer of Sanitary Ware items , Bathroom Fittings, Hardware & Plumbing materials , sanitary fixtures & ceramic ware . Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, and other building material products. Manage and grow the dealer/distributor network within assigned territories (Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar). Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and gather competitive insights. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and procurement heads. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives (if applicable). Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage. 38 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials like sanitary ware, ceramics, bathroom fittings, or related segments. Strong understanding of the dealer-distributor model and institutional sales. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions. Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Leadership qualities and team handling experience are desirable.
