Job Description: Account Officer – Polymer & Pharma Industry Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team in the Polymer and Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have foundational accounting knowledge and expertise in managing financial operations, quotations, payables and receivables, order processing, dealer sales, and purchase control. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Tally or equivalent accounting software are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Management Maintain and update daily financial transactions using Tally or equivalent accounting software. Prepare invoices, quotations, and financial reports as required. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies regularly. Order Processing and Approvals Handle end-to-end order processing, including receiving orders, verifying details, and securing necessary approvals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Sales and Dealer Coordination Monitor dealer sales and track performance metrics. Maintain strong relationships with dealers and address any queries or concerns promptly. Purchase Department Oversight Coordinate with the purchase department to ensure cost-effective procurement practices. Verify purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages. Implement controls to avoid unnecessary expenditures.
