The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable travel packages. Daily tasks include customer engagement, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional traveler support. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients Sales and negotiation skills to close bookings and meet sales targets Travel industry knowledge and the ability to craft personalized travel itineraries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field Previous experience in a sales or travel advisor role is preferred ```
