We are seeking a Graphic & Video Animator with a strong sense of visual storytelling and expertise in both static and motion design. Your work will directly support our marketing, sales, and onboarding teams by creating engaging content for social media, YouTube, webinars, and paid campaigns.

You should be comfortable translating messaging into persuasive visual content that connects with our target market.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual content including social media posts, reels, carousels, and stories
Create motion graphics, explainer videos, logo animations, and product walkthroughs
Develop visuals that communicate both emotional and ROI-driven messages for schools
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce assets for ongoing campaigns
Edit testimonial videos, founder voice-overs, and avatar scripts
Optimize all creatives for social platforms, especially Meta Ads and YouTube

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and animation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong design fundamentals in layout, colour theory, typography, and motion
Experience creating marketing visuals for social media platforms
Understanding of storytelling for short-form video and educational content
Ability to deliver within tight timelines and revise based on feedback

Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Synthesia, or Lottie animations
