Animator (2D) - Intern

You will be working as a 2D Animator Intern in a startup that focuses on creating cinematic 2D storytelling universes blending mythology, psychology, and astrology with anime-style visuals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with animators, illustrators, and directors to animate characters through frame-by-frame animation, emphasizing expressions, body language, and acting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Animate characters in frame-by-frame 2D with a strong emotional range. - Handle facial expressions (anger, fear, joy, guilt, etc.) with subtlety. - Create full-body acting shots, not limited to simple cycles. - Collaborate with illustrators and directors to maintain visual consistency. - Receive mentorship while working on episodic storytelling projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Adobe Animate is mandatory. - Familiarity with frame-by-frame 2D animation techniques. - Ability to animate in three-quarter view. - Comfortable animating expressions and acting shots. - Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a production environment. - Freshers are welcome; passion and dedication are valued more than experience. **Good to Have (Bonus Points):** - Knowledge of After Effects for aura/lighting FX. - Passion for mythology and cinematic storytelling.
