As a UI/UX Designer working on-site in Pune for a 5-day work week, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-centric experiences across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around conducting user research, developing user personas and flows, and creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Your keen attention to detail and proficiency in Figma will be essential in ensuring consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will design intuitive interfaces for SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and websites, while also focusing on accessibility and responsiveness. Your expertise in animation principles, including parallax effects, will allow you to create engaging animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience. By staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and tools, you will continuously improve your design skills and knowledge, sharing best practices with the team. Your strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects independently will be key in delivering effective design solutions that meet user expectations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience. Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a passion for design, will enable you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance design quality.
