Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Engineer - Game Artist - Level Designer to join our dynamic game development team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging game worlds and a strong background in both art and level design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality game experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with game designers and programmers to create immersive game levels. Design, model, and texture 3D environments and assets for games. Implement gameplay mechanics and level layouts using game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine. Conduct playtesting sessions and iterate on level design based on feedback. Optimize levels and assets for performance across various platforms. Create and maintain documentation for level design processes and asset creation. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in game design or related field. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max. Strong understanding of game engines, particularly Unity or Unreal Engine. Experience with level design principles and gameplay mechanics. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong artistic skills with a focus on creating visually appealing environments. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
