Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom training on Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation, and related software tools.
• Train students in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Maya & Blender, and others.
• Mentor students on live projects, showreel creation, and portfolio development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in animation and motion graphics to deliver contemporary training.
• Design assignments and practical workshops that enhance students’ technical and creative skills.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to students for improving their work quality and preparing them for placements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years in Animation/Motion Graphics production or teaching.
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least two 3D software (Blender/Maya/3ds Max).
• Knowledge of audio syncing, VFX basics, and compositing techniques is a plus.
• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion design and animation skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed in the creative industry.
