We are seeking a talented UI designer to contribute to the design and development of unique, user-centric products and experiences. As part of an agile team, you will collaborate with developers, UX designers, and copywriters. Your role will involve making intentional design choices and transforming user experience journeys into seamless and user-friendly interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively within agile teams, working closely with developers, copywriters, and UX designers. - Develop and utilize wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and various methods to convey interaction concepts clearly. - Justify and uphold your design choices, ensuring alignment with the overall design roadmap and your design principles, including color theory and visual weight. - Stay updated on industry standards and share knowledge with your design team. Must Haves: - A strong portfolio showcasing your work, to be discussed during the interview process. - Practical experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, and Anima. - Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript. - Innovative thinking paired with a problem-solving mindset. - Previous exposure to agile/scrum development methodologies. - Ability to accept constructive criticism and enhance your work based on feedback.
