As a Full Stack .NET Developer at WINIT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET Core and C#. Leveraging AI technologies to enhance functionality and automate processes, you will also build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services. Optimizing SQL queries for efficient data management and collaborating within teams to define and deliver new features are key aspects of this role. Ensuring UI/UX feasibility, improving user experience, writing clean, scalable code, and troubleshooting performance issues are crucial tasks. Additionally, participating in the full product lifecycle and utilizing version control systems (Git, SVN) are integral parts of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience with .NET Core, C#, and SQL. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular/Blazor is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, an independent work ethic, and experience in product companies, preferably startups or small enterprises, are required. A passion for development with an interest in AI-driven solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are also important qualifications. Preferred skills for this position include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in using Cursor AI to enhance development workflows, improve code quality, and streamline collaboration within engineering teams is highly beneficial. Familiarity with unit testing (NUnit, MSTest) and Agile methodologies, as well as experience with microservices architecture and security best practices, are advantageous.
