You are a Senior Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer with 5-7+ years of experience in .NET Core, Angular, and cloud technologies. Your role involves leading the development and architecture of web-based applications using .NET (Core/Framework) and Angular. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services, ensuring high performance and security. Mentoring and guiding a team of developers to grow technically and adhere to best practices is crucial. Collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders is essential to ensure successful delivery of new features and functionality. Implementing best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and release management is a key responsibility. Your expertise includes 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related frameworks. You also possess 3-5+ years of experience working with Angular (preferably version 9+), including building scalable front-end applications. A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required. Expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and ORM concepts is essential. You have a solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc. Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React, DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing is a must. Additionally, you are familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work in a collaborative environment. Leadership skills are also required to mentor and inspire a team of developers. Your passion lies in building scalable, performant systems using modern web technologies and software engineering principles. You continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and practices that improve product quality and development efficiency. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the stack, participating in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, and providing technical insights to help prioritize the backlog are part of your responsibilities. Your salary range falls between Rs. 5,00,000 - 17,00,000 max. for this full-time position based in Chennai within the Software Development/Engineering department. Your educational background includes a Bachelors/Masters in CS/IT or equivalent.
