Job description: Responsible for verification of Client data Verifying KYC documentation of the Clients to be adopted/reviewed Perform the risk assessment of the Client to be adopted/reviewed Signing off on new client adoptions and periodic reviews
Requirement: Minimum 0-2 year of experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of cryptocurrency concepts. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in voice, chat or blended (voice and non-voice) customer support processes. Budget: Max 250,000 INR Role and responsibility: Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls. Providing accurate and helpful information regarding Suncrypto's platform, products, and services. Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues and account-related concerns. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs. Staying updated on the latest cryptocurrency trends and regulations.
