We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide feedback to management on client needs. Build and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including emerging enterprise banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience working with UCV (Unsecured Consumer Vehicle) loans is an added advantage.
