Provide anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries across all surgical specialties.
Manage perioperative care, pain relief, and critical care in ICUs. Perform and supervise procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, spinal/epidural anesthesia, and regional nerve blocks. Deliver anesthesia care in high-risk cases including cardiac, neuro, pediatric, and trauma surgeries (as per institutional case load). Teach and mentor MBBS students, postgraduates, and junior residents in anesthesiology and critical care. Participate in academic activities, seminars, CMEs, and skill-based workshops. Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols. Contribute to departmental research, clinical audits, and quality initiatives.
