Maintaining Medical Records : Document all aspects of the anesthesia process, including patient assessments, anesthesia techniques used, and recovery progress. Education and Training : Mentor junior anesthesia staff and medical residents, offering guidance on best practices and complex cases. Desired Qualifications : Education : MBBS or equivalent, followed by a specialization in Anesthesia. Fellowship or Board Certification in Anesthesiology preferred. Experience : 1-6 years of experience in administering anesthesia, with strong knowledge of techniques, patient management, and postoperative care. Skills : Proficient in anesthesia machines, patient monitoring equipment, and pharmacology. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
