Job Title: Native Android Developer (24 Years Experience)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Native Android Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building mobile applications from scratch to live deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/Kotlin and the Android SDK, with a proven track record of delivering user-friendly, high-performance apps.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy native Android applications end-to-end.
Convert requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build high-quality features.
Implement MVVM/MVC/MVP architecture patterns for robust app design.
Ensure performance optimization, bug fixing, and quality assurance across devices.
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.
Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, libraries, and best practices.
Required Skills:
3–5 years of proven experience in native Android development.
Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components, Android Studio.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile.
Version control experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred / Good to Have:
Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, Dagger/Hilt.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Experience working with real-time applications (e.g., chat, live tracking).
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
