Job Summary: You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of React Native developers to create high-quality mobile applications. As a React Native Team Lead, you will oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, collaborate with various teams, and deliver innovative solutions. Your role will involve utilizing your technical expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and mobile architectures, as well as managing teams, planning projects, and optimizing performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers to develop scalable and high-performance mobile applications. - Design, build, and maintain React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure efficient development processes. - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. - Enhance application performance, address technical issues, and optimize responsiveness. - Conduct code reviews, maintain quality standards, and provide guidance to junior developers. - Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and native modules as required. - Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for quicker deployments. - Ensure cross-platform compatibility and deliver a seamless user experience. - Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely project deliveries. - Stay updated on the latest trends in React Native and mobile app development. - Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and engage in technical discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile app development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with React Navigation, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. - Knowledge of Native development (Android - Java/Kotlin, iOS - Swift/Objective-C) is advantageous. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and leading sprints and team meetings. - Experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team. - Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management skills.,
