Experience

Lead the design and development of Android-based HMI solutions from concept to deployment.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of Android developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Work closely with the product owner to maintain a well-groomed product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the progress of the development team, escalating issues when necessary and collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the development process as appropriate.
Track and monitor sprint progress, burndown rates, and velocity, providing timely updates to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure the reliability and stability of HMI applications.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
