Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Android applications using Kotlin
• Integrate and optimize Google Maps APIs (Polygons, Polylines, KML, Markers, etc.)
• Build GIS-based features with local storage (Room, SQLite) and offline sync
• Implement location services, background processing, and push notifications
• Apply best practices for multithreading, memory management, and data caching
• Ensure secure data handling, app responsiveness, and smooth UI/UX
• Work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams and provide technical mentorship
• Utilize debugging tools and performance monitoring (e.g., Firebase, ADB)
  

Requirements

• Kotlin Development Strong hands-on experience in Android using Kotlin
• Google Maps API Integration – Polygons, polylines, markers, KML, geofencing
• Local Storage – Experience with Room or SQLite databases
• REST API Integration – Building and consuming backend APIs
• Location Services – GPS, background tracking, geofencing
• App Performance & Security – Optimization, encryption, secure storage
• Multithreading & Caching – Efficient background and data handling
