You will be joining a small but fast-growing startup in Noida that focuses on developing two exciting Android products - a personalization app offering themes, wallpapers, and lock screen features, and a news aggregator platform for curated and trending news. As we are expanding our reach, we are seeking a professional like you who can help in growing Android apps at scale, collaborating with OEMs, and launching our apps across various app stores and platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Grow our user base:** Implement smart distribution strategies to expand our user base to millions. - **Work with OEMs:** Collaborate with device manufacturers for pre-installation or promotion of our apps. - **Find new opportunities:** Identify and explore new platforms, regions, or partnerships to increase app installations. - **Track and optimize:** Utilize data analysis to identify successful strategies and make necessary adjustments. - **Collaborate closely:** Engage with product, design, and tech teams to enhance apps and user experience. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in growing Android apps. - Proven track record of scaling apps to a large audience. - Hands-on experience with OEMs for pre-installs and partnerships. - Proficiency in app publishing on Google Play and other Android platforms. - Ability to analyze performance data for informed decision-making. - Proactive mindset, creative approach, and ownership of work tasks. **Nice to Have:** - Prior experience with personalization apps or news products. - Knowledge of mobile SDKs or basics of Android development. - Established connections in the Android ecosystem, including OEMs and app store representatives.
