Your new trajectory starts here at Launch! The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Consultant to join our dynamic Software Engineering Studio at Launch Consulting. As a Senior Mobile Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients in the development and implementation of mobile solutions. This role requires a strong consulting background, coupled with in-depth knowledge of modern mobile technologies, particularly within native iOS and Android platforms. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into comprehensive mobile strategies and solutions. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on mobile application architecture, design, and development best practices. Lead mobile development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Conduct technical assessments and audits of existing mobile applications, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in mobile development and consulting practices. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in mobile technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record of 5+ years in a consulting role, delivering mobile solutions to clients across various industries. Extensive experience with native iOS and Android development, including Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
