Qualifications Proficiency in Front Office management and Office Administration Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail Ability to lead a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
