Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators on the filling and packing lines. Monitor the operation of fully automated, air pressure-based machines to ensure they are running at optimal efficiency. Conduct start-up and shut-down procedures for the production line. Perform regular quality checks on products (e.g., fill levels, packaging integrity, scent accuracy) in accordance with company standards. Meet daily and weekly production schedules and output targets. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues to minimize downtime. Train new operators on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality control measures. Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime logs. Collaborate with the Maintenance and Quality Assurance departments to resolve complex issues
