Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage production operations on the shop floor, ensuring timely and high-quality production of Industrial rubber products, like Rubber Conveyor Belts & allied products Monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the plant. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Train and guide production staff in the proper methods and techniques. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure products meet the required standards. Maintain records of production metrics and report to senior management. Implement and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage & costs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in Industrial rubber product manufacturing. (Rubber Conveyor Belts & its related products) Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and equipment used in rubber product manufacturing. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes. Preferred Skills: Experience with Manufacturing Process of Rubber Conveyor Belts and related products. Knowledge of Knowhow - RUBBER MIXING MILLS, CALENDAR MACHINE & VULCANIZING PRESS, etc.
